We accept the following insurances:

• Cigna PPO
• DeltaDental PPO
• Guardian PPO
• Metlife PPO
• United Health Care

At our office, we are no longer in network with dental insurance plans. We now operate as an out-of-network (OON) provider and accept the following insurance plans: MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Delta Dental, and Guardian. Being out of network does not mean you cannot use your benefits here—patients can still receive reimbursement, and many plans offer excellent OON coverage. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and maximize your insurance reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

Confirmation texts are made one week in advance, as well as reminders the day prior and day of. We, therefore, require 24-hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to comply with this request will result in a $100/hr charge being placed on your account. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule at the discretion of the office staff.
